Even today, millions of people look forward to their stress-reducing, relaxing baths that allow them to soak away daily cares in warm, soothing waters. Although the simple act of taking a bath can be enough to keep your stress at bay—as Hippocrates proposed—you can add to the enjoyment of your bath time by adding a healthy, moisturizing dose of coconut oil to your bathwater.
